Objective: To search for the variables that allow the comparison between the undergraduate academic levels in science and the intelligence of academic justice, segregated in the distributive, procedural and interactional dimensions.
Method: Classify and Quantitative, What is the Sample of 534 Accounting undergraduate students from nine Minas Gerais Federations. The objective of the capiary variables that took away their range variables, the academic variable and the eight control variables. For qualitative coverage were fabric interviews.
Results: Variables that are quantitative and use one gender variable for procedural justice, one shift variable for procedural and interactional justice, and one variable for all three dimensions of justice. In qualitative terms, the findings increase that students associate themselves with justice in the learning environment, in general, especially the figure of the teacher.
Contributions: The study contributes to the meaningless literature of learning as if it were the academic environment from the students' perspective, without their perception of justice, concluding that the relationship with the teacher influences their perception of justice.
